Iguazu Falls
Iguazu Falls are an absolute "not to be missed, must see" natural icon of any South America visit. There are in excess of 270 different waterfalls (cataracts) which contribute to and form Iguazu, most of which are on the Argentine side in Cataratas Iguazu National Park. They make up the largest waterfall system on our planet and one of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World.
In each of the National Parks (in Brazil and Argentina), there are a number of different activities and excursions, all of which give you a different view of the incredible and vast network of falls and you will want to dedicate at least 3-nights here to maximise your experience both of the falls and the surrounding activities.
