An astonishing country in the northern extremity of South America which has 1600Km’s of warm Caribbean sea washing it's Northern Coast and 1300Km’s of Pacific Ocean coast on its western shoreline. Colombia has 5 international neighbours on its borders, Panama to the North, Venezuela and Brazil on its immediate East and Ecuador and Peru on it southwest side. With a landmass greater than twice that of France, Columbia really is a stunningly diverse country. In recent years there have been a number of dramas and documentaries based on the recent history of this country, however to get a true sense of the Colombia spirit, you need to visit and immerse yourself in the culture. The people, the places and the landscape leave an imprint on your heart and you will find it difficult to leave at the end of your adventure without a strong sense of longing to return.
